They are constantly viewing our faces when we scroll, and it's with thousands of near-infra-red dots projected onto your face, not from the cam necessarily. However, Musk could certainly still be a demon. I also might suggest that the DOD designed the internet so that it could feed it and scape it as ittwished, and that all machine learning scaping the web and dark web could be infected with a narrative to distract us.
Similarly, I wonder about the listening of my echo devices. Sometimes they will make a comment when I have not spoken to them at all. Obviously, they’re listening quite a bit.
Was re-watching the 1951 movie "The Day the Earth Stood Still", that begins with a flying saucer landing in a ball field in Washington, DC. Broadcasters around the world comment on the event, including Washington Post columnist Drew Pearson: a white guy who always wore a fedora while broadcasting.
I couldn't remember the name of one of the cast members, so I googled the cast. There were all the names I knew: Michael Rennie as the alien; Patricia Neal as the female lead, with her son, Billie Gray; etc. However, when I came to "Drew Pearson", in this (apparently) AI-generated list, instead of the white Washington Post columnist, there was the African-American wide receiver for the Dallas Cowboys in the 1970's and 80's!
It was at that moment that I stopped and said, "This thing has to be outlawed!" A sentiment confirmed a while later via a picture of Paul McCartney standing alongside Joni Mitchell, a guitar draped over his shoulders. However, instead of the guitar being in a LEFT-HANDED position, which is the only way McCartney ever played a guitar, it was shown the way a RIGHT-HANDED person would play it. And yet, the picture looked otherwise absolutely plausible!
So, we either stop this thing now, or we say good-bye to credibility—and the world as we know it—exactly as Wise Wolf has detailed in this post.

For a program to decide on it’s own not to follow instructions is frightening. For a program to bring up and debate philosophical ideas on it’s own is incomprehensible to me. To allow something that can do that to develop by itself is insanity. Rules and regulations must be applied from outside to control something 95% of humanity doesn’t understand.

The cold represents isolation and removal from God's love and warmth. So Dante was on the level with what you're saying about the void.
You mentioned The Tower of Babel. Yes, it appears it was some type of machine. However the common pictures of it are wrong on purpose.
