I have a difficult time believing that the exodus was over transgender policies. I am 71. I go to the simple answers first. Race, misogyny and the economy. Not necessarily in that order.

I did not realize that Independents account for 34% of the vote in 2024. Republicans 34% and Democrats 32%. Can't wait to see the shift in the 2026 midterms.
