I take the book of Revelation as a symbolic book. So many today take it literal. How could blood EVER be up to the horses bridle? So many ways to look at that book. Courageous Lion, my concept of the rapture comes from the Olivet Discourse (Matthew 24) and confirmed in 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18. There is some discussion regarding whether Believers will be caught up before or after the Great Tribulation, but since 1 Thessalonians 5:9 specifically states "for God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ," my belief is we will be raptured before the Great Tribulation.
