Musk said that by the year 2030 there will be more robots than human beings. Interesting, that's only four years away.

Bassoe's avatar

Did he specify if he was basing that prediction on a drastic increase in the number of robots or decrease in the number of humans, or were we just left to infer whichever option frightens us more?

Steelspark's avatar

To me that sounds like less of a goal and more of a threat.

Wendy's avatar

As it should.

I don’t remember who it was sometime in the last year or so said something along the lines that there were too many people on earth, and that we should dramatically decrease the population. Musk?

Then they decided to take away health insurance subsidies, leaving millions unable to afford insurance, and unable to afford the medical care they need. They have already cut Medicaid and food stamps for many, and wanted to cut them even further, held back from some of it for the moment, but surely not forever. They’ve talked about getting rid of Social Security.

Guess who depends the most on these programs? Poor people in general, of course, but especially the disabled and the elderly, two groups that have substantial overlap. So we see that they are deliberately targeting poor people, disabled people, and elderly people in ways that *will* kill millions if they get their way.

Millions fewer mouths to feed means a lot more money for them. A lot fewer people to see what they’re doing and object to it.

And having seen this genocide happen, the rest of the population will be much more inclined to obey their “masters” in order to avoid the same fate.

Bill Prange's avatar

You got me thinking.

RFK Jr gutted the part of the CDC that was working on developing vaccines that could handle a range of pathogens (along with lots of other labs). Cutting Medicaid will get rid of a few people, but it won't make a dent in the 8 billion currently living here, so how about a nice virulent pandemic that is far more lethal than Covid was? Wouldn't it be a shame if somebody "accidentally" created a vaccine that could handle it?

I think that conspiracy theories must pass a pretty high bar to be seriously considered, but there is no doubt that conspiracies have been carried out over history, and the events of the last year are so unbelievable that Wise Wolf being able to tie threads together like this crosses that bar.

I used to think that the shadowy people behind The Protocols of the Elders of Project 2025 were mainly Christian Nationalists and neo-fascists, but adding tech bros and billionaires to that mix makes a lot of sense.

I don't think we'll get to see the contents of Project 2026 so we'll have to work it out by ourselves.

You think communist China gives two flipping fucks about anything other than their continued growth & thriving in the world? Russia. Russia is just a bully. I think Russia is China’s bully. That’s all I see, maybe a better look should be taken at that. Get my 💩 straight? Perhaps you should research before telling others to get their info straight.

"Elon Musk has repeatedly predicted that in the future there will be more humanoid robots than humans, and he has recently cited a timeline that extends into the late 2020s and 2030s.

Musk has described this future as one of "sustainable abundance" where robots, particularly Tesla's Optimus, will handle labor-intensive, dangerous, or boring tasks.

Here are the details of his projections based on recent reports:

More Robots Than Humans: Musk has stated, "My prediction is that there will be more robots than people". He has specifically mentioned a future ratio of 4-to-1 or even 5-to-1 robots to humans.

Timeline to 2030: Musk has set an ambitious target for Tesla to produce millions of Optimus robots by 2030, with a goal of manufacturing 1 million units per year by that time.

2027 Milestone: Musk has suggested that by 2027, Tesla aims to produce an army of humanoid robots, aiming for 500,000 units annually by that time.

General Purpose Use: He envisions a future where "everyone on Earth" will want a humanoid robot for tasks like caring for children or elderly parents.

Contextual Notes:

Missed Targets: Musk has a history of ambitious, "flexible" timelines for his companies, such as previously promising 1 million autonomous robotaxis by 2020, which did not happen on that schedule.

Expert Skepticism: Many industry experts are skeptical of these rapid timelines, with some calling the notion of widespread, highly capable humanoid robots in the near future "pure fantasy thinking".

While he has not exclusively set the 1-to-1 ratio specifically in the year 2030, he has consistently stated that the trend toward outnumbering humans will occur as production scales throughout the late 2020s."

By the way there is a video of him stating as much! Now, get your 💩 straight.

JFKjr is telling people they don’t need vaccines your text made me think of the man who is supposed to keep us safe is doing things that are not going to keep us healthy as he claims.

Diseases that we thought were cured up coming back because of people not getting vaccinated. If you administration is trying to kill us all wake up USA wake up.

PattyB's avatar

What if the diseases were created to sell the vaccines? You go on and get in that shot line. I won't.

Apapach-Arte's avatar

Exactly. And the “new outbreaks” are simply PR propaganda.

Wendy's avatar

*R* FK Jr., not J

Apapach-Arte's avatar

If any disease had been “cured” by a vaccine, there would be no further outbreaks, ever. Because the virus would have been unable to find a host, and therefore cease to exist. Vaccines don’t cure anything. At best, they prevent. And they cause a whole other host of undesirable side effects. The “new outbreaks” are simply PR and propaganda. They’re not real outbreaks. Look at the other side of the coin. Please. I have no reason to make things up.

Wendy's avatar

Vaccines were never *intended* to “cure” *anything*. That’s not and never has been what they’re for. The *entire* point is to prevent.

Chrystal Stepaniak's avatar

Ok, vaccines are only intended to prevent disease and they have previously gotten rid of global viruses. Think Smallpox eradication. The current attempt at polio eradication. No vaccine has ever or will ever be 100% preventative. At best we get above 99% and some are lower.

Lowest thresholds (around 50–60%)

These are diseases that don’t spread very efficiently.

•Polio: ~80–86%

Not the lowest overall, but notably lower than measles.

•Influenza (seasonal): ~50–67%

Varies year to year because flu strains mutate constantly.

True “around 50%” diseases are rare. Most pathogens worth vaccinating against are better at spreading.

Middle range (70–85%)

•Mumps: ~75–86%

•Rubella: ~83–85%

•Smallpox (historical): 80–85%

This range is where public health can still succeed with good coverage, even if it’s not perfect.

Highest thresholds (90–95%+)

•Measles: 90–95%

One of the most contagious viruses humans have ever hosted.

•Chickenpox (varicella): ~90%

These viruses spread so easily that even small dips in vaccination cause outbreaks.

Funny how people say “you go on and get in that shot line” and deny that they will are the same ones who have received all of their childhood vaccines and will immediately deny having said childhood vaccines after reading my comment just because I accuse them of receiving them. AND lastly will not provide proof lol

Apapach-Arte's avatar

Take a look at the side effects of the smallpox vaccine, which they recently authorized in August of 2024 for monkey pox. And it’s not even made with the small pox or monkey pox virus:

I have forwarded your comment to ANTIFA CEO https://www.facebook.com/share/1LKeFf84tC/?mibextid=wwXIfr

As far our “rights”? Given by God? Do you literally hear God? Because nobody on earth ever has or ever will. Religious freedom and all that jazz, but cool your tits a bit.

Margaret C Huss's avatar

There are those on the WOKE extreme who are attacking anyone not WOKE. Soros pays for anarchy. He hates the USA. Everywhere he goes he tries to change or control government and people. His money has paid for 6 burned cities. Creation of ANTIFA and the director of anarchy.

The love of money is the root of ALL evil. The globalists want supreme power over the West. That erases our Constitution and Bill of Rights. There are evil people who do anything to hold power over the people and get rid of what makes the UNITED STATES unique in the world. Worry about Klas Swab and his thinking. They are the enemy of the U.S.A.

Trump is trying to fix the problems caused by presidents and parties wanting to crush the U.S.A.

China pushes their agenda on the U.S.A. They bought Biden and the Democratic Party.

We are a republic, not a democracy. Our rights are given by God not the state. The public no longer educates itself on those rights. When a voter bases his vote on how a candidate smiles instead of the policies they support, we are in trouble. Illegals who have no sense of what we are come and try to destroy what we have in the U.S.A. The Muslim crowd which is ruling NEW YORK CITY and trying to control parts of Texas is a present and direct threat to our country. They hate anyone not a Muslim. They come here and try to set up Sharia law and other restricting tactics. Tim Walz, AOC, Jane Fonda and other WOKE pushing people: Alex and George Soros being key players in trying to destroy our country and his support of and creation of Antifa are all threats.

We have problems here: election corruption, antifa, colleges teaching WOKE, DEI and the formation of violent crowds attacking anyone they think is different from them; these all are more relevant to what we need to see and find the sources paying for all these rebel rousing discontents.

Our republic depends upon an informed citizenry. Most of what is happening violently comes from ignorant, loud, spoiled, lied to , wants their way even when they do not have the votes to support their radical causes, who fight anyone not a carbon copy of themselves; these problems are created by WOKE, Soros corruption.

Musk does see the danger of the misuse or evil use of AI.

The fact that his father was like a Nazi doesn’t make Elon one. His father left when Elon was a child. Elon is smart enough to form his own ideas. Just because my father was a democrat does not make me one.

Americans have the right to bear arms against anarchy and attack. This society is not under fascism. We had too much wrong done by Biden’s auto pen and Soros. They are the threat. Illegals do not go through citizenship classes and learn the rights and checks and balances in our government . They come in to destroy it. They were supported by Soros to come in illegally as well as Biden and democrats.

We have laws for a reason: to protect and serve the citizens and keep a safe society in which to live. The vote is our voice. If you don’t get voted into power, then accept the will of the educated citizens. There are those who think this country exists to carry out their ideas by force. We are free to have our ideas, free to express them in a vote, but anarchy has no place here.

A government of the people, by the people and hopefully will not perish. Muslims want to come here and establish the ignorant, evil ways of controlling people - look at Iran right now.. those clerics controlling the people by fear and punishment is not welcomed by the people. Thousands who protest that control are being murdered.

Madura is a drug trafficker sending them to the U.S. I agree with Trump to arrest him. People in Venezuela are happy he is out of office.

As long as man exists there are the evil powers wanting control. It is the responsibility of the people to educate themselves about what is going on. Use the vote to change it. Use the law to arrest anarchists. Use the National Guard to protect our country against harm within and without.

Our country, its values, laws, vote are all worth saving. Deport the anarchists. Establish decency in the Media, not partnership in lies.

Establish term limits. Outlaw lobbying of Representatives and Senators. Follow the money of people like Soros. If it promotes anarchy, charge the perpetrators.

Absolute power corrupts absolutely. The power given to our elected officials is for the public good not individual building of wealth dishonestly like Nancy Pelosi using insider information to become a multi millionaire. Insider information use in the stock market is illegal- also the government. But she used it anyway.

Lucy. Way ahead of yourself. Satan presently holds the scepter to the government of this world. He’s the god of this world. The principality over all Gentile governments and thus over the men in all governmental structures. The only nation with a God is Israel despite his blatant unbelief and disobedience. The human terrain is being set and prepared for Tribulation. When the entire earth is in Tribulatuon it will be unmistakable. Today it’s messy and frought with conflicts but Tribulation sets the earth on a path to total destruction that is irreversible until it accomplishes what it’s meant to do. The redemption of the earth and an entirely new governmental order. The 7-sealed scroll that God hands to the Lamb is the title deed to the earth. It’s opening is the conclusion of the present regime under Satan’s son, the Beast. When Christ takes the scepter from Satan by force and takes his crown then righteousness will reign.

DEBORAH's avatar

How are politics and politicians a psyop? Please explain what this means.

William Voelz's avatar

Deb. The entire earth is enmeshed in an information war. It’s actually an information influence operation. A psychological operation. A psyop. Much of it is AI generated, manipulative and simply reverses reality. In fact it creates its own reality and convinces us that it is reality. The political class thrives in this fraudulent world. In fact blackmail is the currency of politics. Blackmail is powerful leverage. It’s source is sexual violence in all its forms. You get the idea.

Equating red and blue to each other is too broad a brush. It's something like equating a cold with cholera; both are diseases but they are not equivalent.

Nobody is perfect, but there are very good people in both houses. You have a much better chance of finding them among the Democrats than the Republicans, but I have to believe that even some Republicans are more than just craven opportunists.

When was the last time you made a choice in your life that did not involve some kind of trade-off? The world is too complex, even messy, to not have at least a little bit of bad mixed in with the good, and vice versa. As an honest politician you are trying to make a choice that works for thousands, if not millions, of distinct individuals. How can you possibly come up with something that works for every one of them? It's an impossible task even for the best of us.

Your attitude risks throwing out the baby with the bathwater.

It’s incredible this isn’t being discussed more, especially since they aren’t exactly hiding it. Given the trajectory we’re on, the outcome feels obvious. Even under the most optimistic lens, we’re staring at a future where billions are unemployed and displaced, kept afloat by a digital currency UBI, living under a technocracy run by technobros in AI built cities, governed by their rules, not ours. It’s a textbook dystopia.

From what I can tell, there’s only one major piece of the puzzle still missing; but they’re close. Power. Small scale, efficient, and scalable energy. These AI robots will need a reliable, effective power source. Once that’s solved, the rest clicks into place, assuming no disruption to the current path.

Bill Prange's avatar

I like your point about batteries. There probably are not many charging stations on battlefields.

I can't argue whether or not conventional power will be adequate to control global warming, but I think that if you take the total energy allowed and divide it by the 8 billion residents of this planet you will not be happy with your share.

Willy W.'s avatar

Donut Labs out if Finland may have solved it with their solid state battery. Still needs independent testing though.

- 400 Wh/kg energy density Five-minute full charge

- Designed for up to 100,000 cycles

- Extremely safe

- Made of globally abundant materials

- Over 99% capacity retained in

-30 degrees celsius

- Lower cost than lithium-ion

Here is a video on it released by Donut Labs:

https://youtu.be/Y-aPS2AwMbc?si=fJFQahRhc3tO8-Gf

Bill Prange's avatar

Nice catch!

I watched a couple of YouTube videos and this looks like the real thing.

We still need a clean power source to charge such a battery, and progress there looks encouraging.

Now if we only had a technology that could efficiently move energy from where it is produced a long distance to where it is needed, it would be like the Rapture prophesied in the Bible.

Willy W.'s avatar

It definately looks promising for an effective solid state battery, but yeah, we still need that room temp superconductor. Its been close to being figured oit a couple times, but not quite there. Once the battery (if not already) + a super conductor is solved, technology is going to advance very quickly.

Bill Prange's avatar

The last I read about it they seem to be hitting a ceiling for superconducting at something like 50° Kelvin. That might be helpful, but it is still damn cold.

Willy W.'s avatar

Same here... has to be ridiculously cold. There was a team a couple of years back, out of South Korea I believe, that claimed they created a room temp superconductor, but IIRC, it could not be replicated by peers. I think they called it K99 or something along those lines. Either way, it ended up flopping.

Bill Prange's avatar

Bill Prange's avatar

He's a 19th century mind in the 21st century. He is totally behind coal and steam, and he is willing to accept oil and internal combustion, but any technology beyond that is also beyond him. Canada has lots of oil tar, which beats solar and wind regardless of how dirty and expensive it is to utilize.

Did I mention that Venezuela also has lots and lots of oil? It doesn't matter to him that it's really hard to get to and refine.

Bill Prange's avatar

There is more than enough dirty power to support all of their plans. The consequences won't show up for years, and the Central Committee already has an "Elysium" picked out for themselves.

Bassoe's avatar

Missing the point, civilization as a whole can be powered just fine with conventional means, especially if the total population and therefore the demand is drastically reduced, but batteries simultaneously small enough and with high enough energy density to power human-sized robots for long-term operation are still tricky.

Terminators become much less dangerous when they have extension cords or run out of batteries after a few hours of operation.

And who knows what miracles God will perform in your lives!

Bill Prange's avatar

You have every right to believe as you do, but there are many of us just as concerned about this trend who come from other traditions and perspectives.

They see the multiple threads of Christianity as a mixed bag. Some Christians are awesome and inspiring examples to all of us, but others are clearly just cynical opportunists. And some, like Christian Nationalists, approve of the trends that we fear.

I personally am disappointed that people in public life who strike me as genuine Christians tend to be rejected by many of their peers. I think the faith of a man like Jimmy Carter is unmistakable.
