I'm not certain about the maximum wage proposal, I never heard of it, but there is no reason a CEO of a company should be making millions each year when the POTUS has a salary of only $400,000.
I do agree that the rich look at the rest of us as heathens or unnecessary. That is why they have no problem looking at a video of a middle-aged woman in a winter cap and a small car and have no real feelings of her being murdered before our eyes. How can we change that concept? I agree we have to fight, but will be ever gain ground unless we can convince those who are able to arrest the corrupt ones and oust the rest?

Amid all the theories, the fact remains - the distribution of wealth is rapidly dividing us into two classes: Royalty and Peasants. and, capitalism is being baptized sacred to ensure it continues.
This is returning to the times when the rich really really rich (Rockefeller is the first name I remember) could amass fortunes at the turn of the 20th century, no questions asked, there were no income taxes yet. I may err, but I still remember the term robber barons was employed to describe those families who hoarded money through their underpaid and abused workers.
Nobody needs $100 billion dollars. Most people want a more simple life.
