Look, I’m not saying you’re wrong. The system is rigged. The influencers are idiots. Well-paid idiots. The content is recycled. But you’ve got 57,000 subscribers — actual people who opted in — and you’re mad because some fake-tit dingbat got more shares? That’s like complaining the circus gets more tickets than a philosophy lecture.
Maybe the reason no one shares your stuff isn’t because of some grand conspiracy — maybe it’s because your headlines sound like a man one bad day away from buying a bunker.

lol yeah I can be fairly moribund and cynical but c'mon! Look at your feed sometime! Do you see how many fake plastic surgery looking 'influencer' types begging for sub for subs and crossposting opportunities are on Substack now? We used to be one of the top ranked pubs in the Spirituality niche on here and now we don't even rank. Out of the last 30 articles only ONE has gotten any traction and that kind of irks me when I see the crap the top 'writers' on here are doing. It is obvious some marketing company has a bot for this site and is cranking out thousands of garbage splogs using the names of influencers from other platforms and then crossmarketing from them onto here to drive subscribers which boosts the idiotic aglorithm on here and propels morons from other dumpster fire sites like instagram and twitter over to substack... I hate to say it but I think we might have to move away from publishing on here. I should be paying you 30k a year by now for working so hard on this with me like I promised ya. Makes me feel guilty honestly but you are right. we need to just keep pushing and hope for the best.
well you used to run an online marketing firm. you know how this game is played... maybe it is time we start fighting fire with fire? weren't you working on an automated comment system for substack? whatever happened to that?
well i got the barebones of the system built but i was having trouble with browser tokens and getting the bot to post to the curated list of publications revelant to our niche. substack has some pretty hardcore anti-spam measures in place using languages that are a little too ‘web 2.0’ for my old html and javascript using brain to decipher. i might end up having to hire a programmer but the last time i tried that, 10 grand sunk into the project and the coder just stole the bot once he realized how much money it could make and cut me out of the project entirely. i filed a lawsuit against him but he just moved back to russia while it was being litigated so there was nothing i could do but watch the guy utterly demolish the site with hundreds of millions of spam messages a day. he used the thing to spam viagra and adult dating. i know it was him too because the bot exploited a very specific function of the site and a few days later it was patched so i could not even code it myself at that point. internet marketing is even grimier than telemarketing and i always held myself to a certain standard of integrity which 99 percent of these people do not have. all that matters to them is getting paid. i am trying to wake people up to reality not get rich here - which was clearly the wrong decision. had i just went balls out ‘get rich or die trying’ 20 years ago when i was a master of this stuff, i’d be worth a hundred million or more right now and would actually have been more than a drop in the ocean… but at least i have my integrity still. though that doesn’t do much to pay my 400 a month air conditioning bill. florida is way too hot. lol

more than half of them come from my old financial newsletter, the other large chunk from crossposting to my youtube channel that had 140k subs before it was removed for saying covid was genetically engineered and the vaccines were a cash grab at best and a population control scheme at worst. one trick i did learn is, keep doing what you are doing right now. write engaging comments on other articles and link to your substack. do this daily. 10 times a day. within a year you should have about 3000-7000 subscribers. do it quick though because this platform is already starting to turn to shit. once you start noticing 'influencers' migrating from other platforms, they bring their existing userbase and pretty much take control of the algorithm. that is why you never see stuff like i post on any feed. it is not what the 'official narrative' wants people to see but for now substack is the best platform to be on for writers. it won't last long though.
Thanks for your detailed response Wolf. You'd be surprised at the amount of writers that are completely mute or unresponsive, with no interactions with their commentators. They are mostly in the propagated health freedom puppet side set up as psyops I presume.

It's because those 'writers' are really just automated marketing bots or curated content farms leveraging popular influencer names to generate revenue. They aren't even real 'voices'. Just money-maker machines. My guess is 90% of influencers are controlled opposition that are being leveraged to creation Hegelian Dialectic division among people that represent a threat if unified. I thought about trying Truth Social but I wager since I began pointing out Trump's numerous and highly suspect connections to rape of young girls - I don't think the platform would show me much love. Other than Substack, Medium I had some decent traction on but nowhere near what I had on Substack. You get a few articles to go viral and you get a lot of love... until the algorithm discovers you are questioning the narrative they want you to believe and then *poof* you go from half a million reads a month to 50,000.
