I didn’t read the whole thing so if this was in there I apologize but from what I read it sounds like the Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion which was written I believe in thr early 1900’s. whoever controls the info claims it has been debunked years ago. The fact that something written over 100 years ago has basically all come true doesn’t seem to make any difference.

I will, however tell you to wash your fruit and NEVER leave that chunk of lime in your gin and tonic or slice of lemon in your iced tea. Why? Because the pesticide used on the peel to prevent bugs from attacking your citrus has never been approved for human consumption. We don’t eat orange or lemon or lime peel. But we use it in a million other ways it has never been approved for like zesting into your lemon blueberry muffins or soaking in your margarita. So just don’t use it.
Here’s the thing, though: they’re still doing business by selling bulk chemicals to smaller companies who use them to make new products by formulating them with slight difference and then labeling them as new and improved brands that do the same things, and farmers buy them like crazy without finding out the facts. There is no longer anything that’s truly organic due to toxins in the air and soil that have been lingering for generations. Yes, eating organic is probably still better for you, but the vast number of people can’t afford organic.

The vast majority of this crowd swears by it's supplements, and uttering any dissenting view within earshot of one of these folks is akin to blaspheming Jesus Christ. I know because I've been hemmed up by a few of the die-hards at my local gym. I'm no shrinking violet, so I will point out the actual evidence via the ingredient label, presenting evidence such as titanium dioxide and the ominous box at the bottom of the label within which are the words: CONTAINS LEAD. LEAD!!! And I'm met with blank stares and comments like "yeah, but they give away really, really cool tee-shirts". I just can't wrap my head around such intellectual complacency, especially regarding your health. Using this garbage is actually working against the very health goals they are trying so hard to meet. It's like trying to nail jello to a wall.....
I gave up virtually all processed and fast foods a year ago. (I'll "cheat" with a bite of my wife's food occasionally, but 99% of the time . . .). Very low carb intake. Fun story— I have lived outside the US for eight years now, and I feel pretty great. Somewhere in SE Asia if you’re wondering. Two weeks ago, I had a Hot Pocket just for old times sake. I ate it, the texture felt a bit weird as I hadn’t had American UPF in a long time. I finished the sadness pocket and sat down. Then I had a once familiar feeling—indigestion. I couldn’t move! My esophagus felt like a fire hose. A hose that sprays fire. I felt a bit short tempered, I yelled at my dogs who were playing a bit too rowdy. (Rowdily?)
I went upstairs and went to bed at 8pm and couldn’t sleep. I tossed and turned until 2am when I finally went and had some diarrhea and fell asleep. This is what many Americans eat everyday. I never ate a hot pocket. Neither did my kids. Or my wife. I home cooked just about every meal we ever ate. I make our bread. And pizza dough. And sauce. I’ve literally made 2000 pizzas in the past 40 years.
I do have the benefit of 10 years in the restaurant business before I became a lawyer. So that helps. But food prep is not that hard and it baffles the hell out of me why most of the population eats just like you describe.

I thankfully figured this out a few years ago. Totally changed the way I ate, lost weight and have kept it off for 10+ years. Grocery stores, or as I call them, poison stores, are for profit and not their to make you healthy, even the "healthy" ones. People really need to read labels, if you do not know what it is, then your body does not need it. Eat like your grandparents or great grandparents did, that was real food, straight from the farm, grown with no poison or additives. After getting healthy, at 50, my body said, F you, no more fruit and veggies, I now have a salicylate issue, and if I eat certain fruit or veggies, my body breaks out in horrid rashes that itch like hell. So now, I am ketovare, mostly keto with a carnivore attitude. I do not eat many veggies, only advocadoes, asparagus, tomato, and an occassional fruit like a banana. It sucks, because for 8 years fruit and veggies were my diet, but my body had enough and wanted meat and fat. Oh and if you quit eating carbs and eat a lot of grass fed fat with protein, the weight literally falls off! We need to quit thinking of food as pleasure, it is only a means to feed the cells that makes our bodies run the right way. You need all of your trace minerals, vitamins, a lot of Vitamin D, etc. My food is bland, but it feed me, no brain fog, I do not have issues like other people that are 55. I see people my age in Costco, and I think, God they are old, then I think, crap they are my age! When you eat right, your skin looks better, nothing sags, it is really life changing. Never shop in the middle of the store, only the perimeter. I also work out, and I just tore my ACL on my left knee, because I think I am superwoman, and I was running every night, and picking up my speed like I was 20, now I have to walk and not run for awhile until it heals. Did a 3 mile speed walk yesterday, that was a no-no, knee was swollen by the time hubby and I got home. I do not have a doctor, and never will, God put everything to heal you on earth, just need to be informed. Everyone can learn to do the right thing.

I used to work in big ag. I have so many tales to tell, but I won’t start on Monsanto right now. That’s for another discussion.
I will, however tell you to wash your fruit and NEVER leave that chunk of lime in your gin and tonic or slice of lemon in your iced tea. Why? Because the pesticide used on the peel to prevent bugs from attacking your citrus has never been approved for human consumption. We don’t eat orange or lemon or lime peel. But we use it in a million other ways it has never been approved for like zesting into your lemon blueberry muffins or soaking in your margarita. So just don’t use it.
What about organic

Here’s the thing, though: they’re still doing business by selling bulk chemicals to smaller companies who use them to make new products by formulating them with slight difference and then labeling them as new and improved brands that do the same things, and farmers buy them like crazy without finding out the facts. Those other companies are all subsidized by Monsanto. So glyphosate? Still in everything. So are other chemicals that have been banned in Europe. Like components of Agent Orang, the defoliant used in Viet Nam that’s a neurotoxin.
Indeed! Glyphosate is sold here in Uruguay as herbicide. No warnings, just to spray on windless days and with protective gear. Nothing about it causing cancer. I always carry atropine sulphate in my bag, when, through bad spraying, an animal has been affected. By and by, it and Tordon, a very strong herbicide containing picloram, are sold without restrictions.
When I have to buy produce, I choose those bitten by insects. Too beautiful? Discard or wash thoroughly, the skin or exterior still is covered with insecticide, mostly cipermetrin.
Is that also organic fruit? Grapefruit?
There is no longer anything that’s truly organic due to toxins in the air and soil that have been lingering for generations. Yes, eating organic is probably still better for you, but the vast number of people can’t afford organic.
And don’t forget drift. There’s more of it that you realize and the people who spray chemicals for a living have a far higher risk than the rest of us but rarely have proper PPE.

Or (hear me out) make your own bread. It's not that hard. What's hard for your average Joe/Josephine is the time it takes, what with the proofing, shaping, second proof, etc. A bread machine can help with that though.
I don't have an easy solution for the rest of our foods. But where one can cut out the store-bought stuff, one should.
Future Zek - Unfortunately, the flour used (bleached, unbleached, wheat, white, rye and all others) is still poisoned at the most basic level...in the fields where it is fertilized (glyphosate) and watered (from the geoengineered skies above). There is no escaping the poisons. There is NOTHING organic anymore or anywhere.

You know what's crazy? Dad and I were just talking about how I can't eat American bread, pasta, or rice. But in Europe, I enjoyed pasta in Rome and potato stew in Ireland. Gee I wonder why.
What is truly ironic, heavy sarcasm intended, is the amount of these so called "ingredients" found in the foods & supplements that target not only the average joe that is trying to live a healthier lifestyle, but also the hard core gym bros who spend so much time in the gym it may as well be a second job.
There is one company in particular based in the Midwest that has a following which can only be described as cult like. The vast majority of this crowd swears by it's supplements, and uttering any dissenting view within earshot of one of these folks is akin to blaspheming Jesus Christ. I know because I've been hemmed up by a few of the die-hards at my local gym. I'm no shrinking violet, so I will point out the actual evidence via the ingredient label, presenting evidence such as titanium dioxide and the ominous box at the bottom of the label within which are the words: CONTAINS LEAD. LEAD!!! And I'm met with blank stares and comments like "yeah, but they give away really, really cool tee-shirts". I just can't wrap my head around such intellectual complacency, especially regarding your health. Using this garbage is actually working against the very health goals they are trying so hard to meet. It's like trying to nail jello to a wall.....

I gave up virtually all processed and fast foods a year ago. (I'll "cheat" with a bite of my wife's food occasionally, but 99% of the time . . .). Very low carb intake. The physical and psychological changes are astounding. It's a shame it took me 50-years to figure out I was being literally poisoned.
Fun story— I have lived outside the US for eight years now, and I feel pretty great. Somewhere in SE Asia if you’re wondering. Two weeks ago, I had a Hot Pocket just for old times sake. I ate it, the texture felt a bit weird as I hadn’t had American UPF in a long time. I finished the sadness pocket and sat down. Then I had a once familiar feeling—indigestion. I couldn’t move! My esophagus felt like a fire hose. A hose that sprays fire. I felt a bit short tempered, I yelled at my dogs who were playing a bit too rowdy. (Rowdily?)
I went upstairs and went to bed at 8pm and couldn’t sleep. I tossed and turned until 2am when I finally went and had some diarrhea and fell asleep. This is what many Americans eat everyday. This explains so much about the state of affairs in that country. Dumbed down, intoxicated, short tempered meat robots sleepwalking in a fat suit to the grave. God gave you life. I never ate a hot pocket. Neither did my kids. Or my wife. I home cooked just about every meal we ever ate. I make our bread. And pizza dough. And sauce. I’ve literally made 2000 pizzas in the past 40 years.
I do have the benefit of 10 years in the restaurant business before I became a lawyer. So that helps. But food prep is not that hard and it baffles the hell out of me why most of the population eats just like you describe.

I thankfully figured this out a few years ago. Totally changed the way I ate, lost weight and have kept it off for 10+ years. Grocery stores, or as I call them, poison stores, are for profit and not their to make you healthy, even the "healthy" ones. People really need to read labels, if you do not know what it is, then your body does not need it. Eat like your grandparents or great grandparents did, that was real food, straight from the farm, grown with no poison or additives. After getting healthy, at 50, my body said, F you, no more fruit and veggies, I now have a salicylate issue, and if I eat certain fruit or veggies, my body breaks out in horrid rashes that itch like hell. So now, I am ketovare, mostly keto with a carnivore attitude. I do not eat many veggies, only advocadoes, asparagus, tomato, and an occassional fruit like a banana. It sucks, because for 8 years fruit and veggies were my diet, but my body had enough and wanted meat and fat. Oh and if you quit eating carbs and eat a lot of grass fed fat with protein, the weight literally falls off! We need to quit thinking of food as pleasure, it is only a means to feed the cells that makes our bodies run the right way. You need all of your trace minerals, vitamins, a lot of Vitamin D, etc. My food is bland, but it feed me, no brain fog, I do not have issues like other people that are 55. I see people my age in Costco, and I think, God they are old, then I think, crap they are my age! When you eat right, your skin looks better, nothing sags, it is really life changing. Never shop in the middle of the store, only the perimeter. I also work out, and I just tore my ACL on my left knee, because I think I am superwoman, and I was running every night, and picking up my speed like I was 20, now I have to walk and not run for awhile until it heals. Did a 3 mile speed walk yesterday, that was a no-no, knee was swollen by the time hubby and I got home. I do not have a doctor, and never will, God put everything to heal you on earth, just need to be informed. Everyone can learn to do the right thing.
I have fruit trees in my garden. Tasty, no matter the fruits pecked on by birds, "deformed", with strange hues. They HAVE flavour.
