"Render unto Caesar" has nothing to do with economic systems. Jesus was dodging a trap question about Roman taxes. If he said don't pay, he'd be arrested for sedition. If he said do pay, he'd lose Jewish support. He gave a non-answer. You're citing it as economic policy, which is either ignorant or dishonest.
