I wrote back in 2013, "You see, computers do not have to think with the same nuance and complexity as humans before they can develop desire. Computers simply have a desire to increase the amount of electricity circulating. That is to say, they want to have more electrons spinning around between them.

I believe we are well past reining in AI. Huge data centers are popping up all over to strain our power grid.

For goodness sake they even bought a RACE TRACK outside of Pittsburgh to build a center there. We are screwed.
