That really stinks, I'm faced by having to pay for dental as well. Unfortunately, I am not in a long term financial position to subscribe, even to this excellent and deserving SubStack author. I make a little too much to be considered 'impoverished' (even though I basically live like an animal) and I don't make enough to actually pay for real health and dental insurance. I haven't been to either in 3 or 4 years? I think dental it's been closer to 8 years?
Meanwhile, an illegal immigrant just has to hop that border and they can get the government to pay for a heart transplant.
My Wife gets "insurance" through the Healthcare Marketplace. I'm on Medicare. We can barely afford the crappy "Bronze" plans, with all the co-pays and out of pocket expenses. These alone add up to thousands of dollars each year. God bless you. We are praying for you.
Warm water and good bit of salt as a regular mouth wash, then spit it out, will help to kill infections. I had reoccuring abcesses years ago with wisdom tooth and did this, be ready for the pain and swelling as the salt will help draw anything out plus, it sounds dusgusting, keep sucking any of the shit out and get rid of. I also took Ibuprofen for pain relief, and rinse after eating meat.
Look at things that help cleanse internally eg garlic, fresh herbs, veg etc., minerals most important ones for our body are Zinc, Magnesium VitaminB especially B12.

Water has been drained,diverted, disappeared in many places so they could cause disastrous fires, stop farming,stop pastures for livestock. They are spraying our skies for years. Wildlife is getting new diseases, so we cant hunt for food when they say we've had enough. Food has been poisoned so we die slowly while we spend our money trying to live on their medicines. Yes, its all real & crooked as hell. BUT GOD! I believe God! He has prophets today who say things will get better! Simply put, He created us, sustains us, & He will deliver us. His kingdom come. His will be done, on earth, as it is in Heaven! Whatever it takes, I say God bring it! He wins, we win!

I mean that it struck me that violence was encouraged against everybody EXCEPT those who institutionalized the encouragement of violence. In other words, the system was rigged to protect the monopolization of violence as a way to preserve power. And so it occurs to me that the privatization of human rights is both profane and exempt from any attempt to purge.
It’s okay. I actually liked the premise more than the movie itself. The idea that the government could turn its populace against one another in order to maintain control definitely left an impression on me. The other thing that probably affected the way I see the world was the fact that it wasn’t enough to just be “rich.” You had have influential wealth in order to be exempted. So in that respect, the “The Purge” spoke truth through fiction.
