I’m thinking those giants were much taller than 10 ft if the Hebrew spies said they were as grasshoppers to them? That’s not hyperbole. Also, recall how huge the grape clusters were. In my estimation the size of those giants were 90-100 ft tall, if a 6 ft man was equal to the size of a a grasshopper. I think the book of Enoch (1) or the Book of Giants mentioned the size too. Crazy!
They very well could have been. I am basing my work on the measurements of Og of Bashan's bed (14 feet long) and skeletons of giants that were found near my hometown near Eastern Ohio. Dozens of them were found between 8-13 feet tall, put on display in various 'folk museums' and in the 1930's the Smithsonian showed up and confiscated all of them claiming they wanted to 'research them'. They were never seen again but you can find newspaper clippings ranging from around 1850-1920 that talk about them with some having old black and white photos of them printed. Now? If you mention this stuff to an academic or in an article as proof of Biblical giants, you are lambasted into the dirt. The question is WHY? If they were a hoax, if they were not REAL - they wouldn't have confiscated them things.
Exactly. They’ve confiscated giant’s bones everywhere in the U.S. and elsewhere. Anywhere they were found. As you know, it doesn’t fit their narrative of North American history. That the American Indians weren’t the first peoples. And it confirms that the Bible is indeed an historical text. It would reveal that there actually is a God who loves his creation and therefore there is an enemy which has every intention to destroy his beloved creation.
